The app Rail Mate is a third
party application for frequent travellers in India. It utilises Indian Railway’s
official website to get the all the details to the user. The application does not collect any type of personal
information from the user or its machine. The life of all the data queries
passed to the internet has lifetime subject to the query processing time only.
The data is not tracked, secured or saved in any form and anywhere over the
websites, computers or databases. The
identity of the user would be unidentifiable in all the forms. However, the
Indian Railway may utilise the raw query data transferred to their servers for
their own means and the application has no control over those external factors.
Please note that Rail Mate is a
THIRD PARTY UNOFFICIAL APPLICATION client for helping travellers in India, is
not affiliated by Indian Railways through any mean and must NOT be confused
